Louise Jackson, has over 30 years experience in project and digital service delivery and achieving organisational transformation.  She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in how to succeed in complex and challenging situations.  

Louise has set up Strength to Strength Coaching to support people and organisations to achieve their goals and ambitions.  As a career coach and business coach, is able to provide one to one coaching, leadership coaching, executive coaching and mentoring. 

In coaching our aim is to support you in providing space and thinking time, and unlocking the answers from within.

Louise has coached and mentored individuals and organisations supporting their journey to becoming strong performers and achieving their ambitions.  

Louise is an ICF Trained Coach, she holds an ICP-ACC Agile Coaching Certificate and is certified in Agile Leadership.
