We work together, in partnership, supporting you as you develop your self awareness, identify your options and solutions which enable you to achieve your goals and aspirations. We do this by actively listening to you and asking you powerful and insightful questions, which enables you to unblock your thinking.
We particularly focus our coaching to support with situations in and around your working life such as career and performance development.
Coaching can also enable you to prepare for and embrace change and transformation which we all are constantly encountering in our workplaces.
Leadership Coaching
Supporting you, your leadership team and your organisation to achieve your transformation ambitions.
As with individual coaching, we will work together, in partnership, to develop self awareness, identity options and solutions that will achieve your organisation's goals.
When organisations are facing transformation then coaching helps to support the team, both individually and collectively, to prepare for and embrace the necessary steps on the transformation journey.
To achieve a successful transformation, it is important for all those involved in the organisation to see the leadership team embracing the change, nurture the culture and create a safe environment for them to follow. We believe that coaching is a key enabler to organisational transformation.
Mentoring
When mentoring we work together to solve workplace and career challenges. I support you in this process by sharing my experience, insights, tools and techniques. Through our discussions and talking through options you are able to build on these to identify solutions that feel right and will work for you.
